Whereas, applicants/accused 01-Rajib, 02-Ghulam Mustafa both sons of Bakhshal, 03-Bakhshal @ Bakhshal Khan son of Rajib Ali, 04-Gulzar @ Gulzar Ali son of Rajib Ali, 05-Gul Bahar @ Gul Bahar Ali son of Muhammad Uris, 06-Shahid @ Shahid Ali son of Ghulam Hussain all by caste Chandio have been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 18.05.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.564/2026, U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Rajib Chandio and others V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324,353,427,147,148,149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.61/2026 of Police Station Nasirabad in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand Only) each and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any others custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
