Whereas, applicants/accused 01-Haleem son of Peer Bakhsh, 02-Waseem, 03-Faheem both sons of Nooral, 04-Babar son of Muneer, 05-Gulshan son of Walidad, 06-Zahid son of Abdul Hakeem, 07-Shahzado son of Ameer Ali all by caste Chandio have been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 18.05.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.624/2026, U/S 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Hakeem Chandio and others V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324,353,427,147,148,149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.61/2026 of Police Station Nasirabad in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of below named applicants/accused have been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the below named applicants/accused forthwith if they are no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
