Whereas, the applicant/accused namely Zaheer Hussain S/O Rano Khan by caste Amur was involved in bail application No. 14/2026 Stv. Zaheer Hussain, for offence U/s 3/4 PEHO, Crime No. 82/2026 of P.S Mirwah, who was remanded on 21.04.2026, before this Court and the court has admitted the above named accused to bail in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- to (In wards twenty thousand only) vide order dated 20.05.2026. However, the above named accused has furnished required surety to the satisfaction of this Court and fixed on 04.06.2026 at 8:00 A.M.
You are therefore, directed to release above named accused forthwith, he is not required in any other case, after obtaining the PR bond from the accused in the sum of Rs. 20,000/. And send the PR bond &certify the execution of the release writ within three days.
