Whereas, bail has been granted vide order dated:20.05.2026 to applicant/accused Sultan son of Qurban Kori, by this Court in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court, in Criminal B.A No.610/2026 Re- Sultan Kori v/s State for offence under section 302, 201, 109, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.70/2025 of P.S B-Section Shahdadkot.
The required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted.
