Whereas, on receipt of Bail Application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by Advocate on behalf of below named applicants/accused, before this Court for grant of post-arrest bail, in the below mentioned case and crime, after hearing the learned Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the applicants/accused be admitted bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 200,000/-(Rupees two lacs) each with P.R Bonds in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And Whereas, required surety furnished on behalf of below named applicants/accused to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted.
You are, therefore directed to release the below named applicants/accused, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R Bond in sum of Rs.200,000/-(Rupees two lacs) and submit such P.R Bonds before this Court.
