SUBJECT:      RELEASE OF ACCUSED SOHAIL S/O ARBAB ALI PARHYAR IN CRIME NO.162/2026 OF POLICE STATION HUSSAINABAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9-1(3)C SINDH CNS ACT 2024.

                        Whereas, the above cited Cr. Spl Bail Application was filed before this Court on behalf of accused Sohail S/o Arbab Ali Parhyar and upon hearing Mr. Ayaz Ali Laghari, advocate for the applicant and Mr. Khalil-Ur-Rehman, DDPP for the state, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        And whereas the required surety has been furnished by the surety of accused person.

                        You are therefore, directed and required to release accused Sohail S/o Arbab Ali Parhyar from you custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount  for his appearance before trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
