Whereas, the applicant/accused Wajid son of Ghulam Qadir by caste Mastoi, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 25.05.2026 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.656/2026, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re- Wajid Mastoi V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324,353,399, 401-PPC, arising out of Crime No.76/2026 of PS A Section Shahdadkot, in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been provisionally accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
