Whereas, on receipt of bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C, this Court after hearing the learned counsel for the parties has ordered to release the applicant/accused namely Nazar Ali S/o Allah Bachayo Zounr on bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court in the above case/crime.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Dildar Ali S/o Ahmed Ali Zounr R/o Vilage Bilawal Zounr Taluka & District Dadu.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Nazar Ali S/o Allah Bachayo Zounr from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required to be detained in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from them in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend before learned trial court.
