Whereas, the subject accused has admitted to bail after arrest in the above case/crime in sum of Rs.40,000/- (Forty thousand) and surety namely Kako s/o Soonharo is appeared and stood/furnished surety on behalf of applicant/accused, same is accepted accordingly.

You are, therefore, directed to release the accused named above forthwith, if no more required in any other case & crime, under intimation to this court, accordingly.

Now the case is fixed on 05.06.2026 before this court and you were directed to inform the date of hearing to accused for his presence in this court for trial.
