Whereas the applicant/accused Sajid Ali alias Sajoo S/O Muhammad Yousif Solangi who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 9(i) (iii) CNS ACT-2024 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicant/ accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicant has furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
