Whereas this court has granted bail of accused namely Tarique son of Muhammad Paryal by caste Solangi subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount in the above mentioned Case and crime.
And whereas Ashique Hussain son of Muhammad Paryal by caste Solangi appeared and stood surety on behalf of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, required to release accused namely arique son of Muhammad Paryal by caste Solangi, from your jail, at once, if he is no more required in any other custody case, after causing P.R bond from him and send the same to this court for office record. The accused is directed to attend before this court on 26.05.2026 to face his trial in the above mentioned case and crime.
