Whereas, accused person/applicant name mentioned in below table has filed Cr. Appeal along with an application U/s 426 Cr.PC for suspension of sentence imposed vide impugned Judgement and release on bail. The application U/s 426 Cr.PC has been allowed by this court vide order dated: 25.05.2026 and appellant/accused has been granted bail subject to surety of Rs. 2, 00000 and P.R bond in the like amount. The above named accused was convicted by the judicial Magistrate/trail Court, Karachi west and now this Court has been passed bail order against the accused. The requisite surety has been submitted.
You are directed to release the below named in table accused/applicant forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/custody mate under intimation to this Court, after causing personal bond recognizance of Rs. 2,00000 only to be the executed by the said accused before the Superintendent of the above said jail and to certify execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and return the writ duly endorsed together with recognizance within two days from the receipt of the release, You are also required to direct the accused to appear before concerned Court .
