WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named applicant/accused have filed above criminal petition for grant of bail after arrest in the above case, crime No.69/2025 U/S 302,147,148,149,114,34 PPC of PS Diplo before Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad and after hearing the Advocate for applicant/accused and A.P.G for the state, Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad has granted bail to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees one Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2026.
And whereas the above named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees one Lac) with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
You are, therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other case by any other court, after causing his P.R bond of Rs.100,000/- ( Rupees one Lac) with direction to appear before trial court on 05.06.2026. without fail, and return the P.R bond with endorsement on the foot of it after causing his signature within two days to this court for record.
