SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED BILAWAL CHANG S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR IN CRIME NO. 33/2026 OF POLICE STATION  RAILWAY HYDERABAD U/S 186, 324, 353, 427, 506(2) PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr. B.A was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused BILAWAL CHANG S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR and upon hearing  has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide Order dated 21.04.2026 received under endorsement letter No. 5352 of 2026 dated 02.06.2026of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one surety  has stood surety for the applicant/accused.

 You are therefore, directed and required to release accused BILAWAL CHANG S/O MUHAMMAD ACHAR from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the concerned  Court on the date of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
