Whereas above named accused have submitted application provisionally surety of accused namely 1. Faizan S/o Murtaza Panhwar & 2. Faisal S/o Moula Bux B/c Panhwar, same application has been allowed, in the sum of Rs:10,000/- each with P.R. bond in the like amount, surety namely Murtaza S/o Kubbar, has furnished the required surety before this Court on behalf of accused, which has been accepted.
