Whereas, the below named accused has been admitted to bail by the Honourable Additional Sessions Judge, II Kandhkot vide order dated: 02.06.2026 passed in Criminal Bail No. 147 of 2026, Re- Muhammad Kamran V/S The State, such true copy of order received to this court through learned counsel for accused today i-e 09-06-2026 subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.500000/- (in words five lacs rupees) & P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court. The required surety has been furnished by the accused and same is accepted.
You are therefore, directed to release the below named accused in the aforementioned case/crime forthwith (if they are no more required in any other case/crime), with further direction to obtain LTIs/Signatures from accused over bail bond and send the same to this court for office record by informing them to appear before this court on 15.06.2026 at 08:30 am, without failure.
