Whereas, accused person/applicant name mentioned in below table has filed bail application through they counsel wherein this court passed order and allowed bail against the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each with P.R Bond in the like amount. The above named accused was remanded by the Judicial Mmagistrate / Trial Court. Karachi West. The requisite surety has been submitted.
You are directed to release the belown named in table accused / applicant forthwith if he is no more required in any other case / custody mater under intimation to this court, after causing personal bond recognizance of Rs. 50,000/- eacg only to be the executed by the said accused before the Superintendent of the above said jail and to certify execution by endorsement on the back of the writ and return the writ duly endorsed together with recognizance within two days from the receipt of the release. You are also required to direct the accused to appear before concerned Court.
