                   Whereas the below named Applicant/accused has moved Criminal  Revision U/s 435 & 439 Cr. P.C before Honourable High Court of Sindh Circuit Court at Mirpurkhas in the below mentioned case crime and whereas after hearing of the counsel of the below named Applicant/accused has been granted bail vide Order dated 16-06-2026 in Crl.  Revision No. S-25 OF 2026 ( Faiz Ali  Versus The State) to the above named Applicant/accused subject to him furnishing one solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 1,00,000/-       ( One Hundred Thousand Rupees), and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial court.

              And whereas the below named applicant/accused has furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs: 1,00,000/- ( One Hundred Thousand Rupees) with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this trial court.

            You are, therefore, directed to release the below named applicant/accused forthwith if he is not required in any other case/crime after causing his P.R. bond in the sum of Rs: 1,00,000/-, without fail and the same be submitted to this court within two days for record.
