Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused SAJJAD ALI S/O MUHAMMAD TAYAB, SOOMRO and upon hearing Mr.Dilshad Ali Soomro, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ALLAH DINO S/O ABDULLAH, SOOMRO has stood surety for the accused.
You are therefore, directed and required to release accused SAJJAD ALI S/O MUHAMMAD TAYAB, SOOMRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before this/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
