          Whereas, a bail application under Section 497 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) has been filed by the applicant/accused named below through his counsel in the above-mentioned crime. After hearing the learned advocate for the applicant/accused and the learned Assistant District Public Prosecutor (ADPP)  on behalf of the state, this court has granted bail to the applicant/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand Only), with  a Personal Recognizance (P.R.) Bond in the like a mount to the satisfaction of this Court.
          And whereas, the required solvent surety has been furnished on behalf of the below-named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs50,000/- to the satisfaction of this Court. You are hereby directed to release the below-named applicant/accused person forthwith if not required in any other case/crime pending against him in any other crime/case, after obtaining the P.R. Bond for appearance before the concerned Court on the date of hearing and to continue to appear till the final decision of the case, and return this writ duly executed to this court.
