SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED/UTP NAMELY, LIAQUAT ALI S/O SHAH MURAD BY CASTE BROHI, IN CRL.B.A NO.293/2026                           LIAQUAT ALI VERSUS THE STATE, INVOLVED IN CRIME NO.46/2026 U/S 324,109,427,337-H(II) PPC, OF PS SANGHAR.

                   Whereas, a bail application U/S 497(ii)Cr.P.C has been filed by the Counsel of applicant/accused, named above before the Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Mirpurkhas. The Honourable High Court after hearing the arguments bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. The required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, which has been accepted by this Court.

                 You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forthwith if he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be required to this Court after obtaining signature/LTI of applicant/accused. The accused person is directed to appear before trial Court on the date of hearing.
