Whereas, applicants/accused Muhammad Paryal S/o Muhammad Hussain Doongh and Sajjan son of Muhammad Hussain by caste Doongah have been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Amjad S/o Qurban Ali Solangi R/o Village Nabi Bux Soalngi, Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Paryal S/o Muhammad Hussain Doongh and Sajjan son of Muhammad Husain by caste Doongah from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if they are no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/-each and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicants/accused are directed to attend before this Court on 27-06-2026.
