Whereas, applicant/accused Muhammad Paryal S/o Muhammad Hussain Doongh has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Amjad S/o Qurban Ali Solangi R/o Village Nabi Bux Soalngi, Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Muhammad Paryal S/o Muhammad Hussain Doongh from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court. The applicant/accused is directed to attend this Court on 27.06.2026 at 08:30 a.m.
