Subject:         RELEASE WRIT.     

                            Whereas on receipt of bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C filed by advocate on behalf of above named applicant/accused before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana in the instant crime & after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused & State Counsel, Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Larkana has ordered that applicant/accused be admitted on bail on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.

And whereas the required surety on behalf of applicant/accused has been furnished before this Court, One namely Tharo Khan son of Ghulamshabeer by caste Panhwar r/o Bhattai Muhalla Mehar Taluka Mehar and District is present and stood surety for above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

You are therefore directed to release the applicant/accused Basheer Ahmed @ Basho son of Kouro Khan Panwhar from your jail custody atonce if he is no more required in any other custody case and Crime, after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/-in the like amount and submit the same duly executed upon applicant/accused along with this writ. The applicant/accused be bound down and directed to appear before trial court on the date of hearing to face his trial in the above mentioned case & Crime.
