SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD DANISH @ CHIEF S/O FAIZYAB HUSSAIN IN SPL.BAIL APPLN.NO.296/2026, (MUHAMMAD DANISH @ CHIEF VS THE STATE) CRIME NO.178/2026 OF PS HUSSAINABAD, HYDERABAD, U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(c) OF SINDH CNS ACT, 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MUHAMMAD DANISH @ CHIEF S/O FAIZYAB HUSSAIN and upon hearing Mr.Anwar Hussain Memon, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and  Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, learned DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in equal amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ABDUL SATTAR S/O JABBAR ALI has stood surety for applicant/accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD DANISH @ CHIEF S/O FAIZYAB HUSSAIN from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount for his appearance before the this/trial Court on the date of hearing viz.29.6.2026 at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
