Whereas, applicant/accused Sajid S/o Muhammad Qasim Solangi has been granted post arrest bail by this Court in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (One Lac rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused by one Qasim S/o Muhammad Paryal Solangi R/o Pir Bux Colony Dadu, Taluka & District Dadu which has been accepted today.
You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused Sajid S/o Muhammad Qasim Solangi from your jail custody at once, in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in any other custody case or crime, after causing P.R bond from him in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and submit such P.R bond before this Court.
