SUBJECT:        RELEASE OF ACCUSED(S) 1. JUNAID S/O MUHAMMAD AZAM B/C MUGHAL 2. TANVEER AHMED S/O ALI KHAN MUGHAL B/C MUGHAL IN CRIME NO. 72/2026 OF POLICE STATION HALI ROAD, U/SECTION 9(1)(3)(C) SINDH CNS ACT, 2024.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Petition was filed before the High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad on behalf of accused 1. JUNAID S/O MUHAMMAD AZAM B/C MUGHAL 2. TANVEER AHMED S/O ALI KHAN MUGHAL B/C MUGHAL and upon hearing of learned Advocate for the applicant and learned APG Sindh, has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 15.6.2026 received under endorsement letter No. D-129 of 2026 No. 5806 dated 16.06.2025of High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court, Hyderabad.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and two sureties namely Muhammad Hashir alias Ghulam Qadir stood surety for the applicants/accused(s).

 You are therefore, directed and required to release accused 1. JUNAID S/O MUHAMMAD AZAM B/C MUGHAL 2. TANVEER AHMED S/O ALI KHAN MUGHAL B/C MUGHAL from your custody forthwith if they are not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond each in the like amount for his appearance before this  Court on the date of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of the case.
