Whereas, accused namely Saifullah s/o Ghulam Muhammad, by caste Mughal, whom you hold into your custody for offence punishable under above referred sections has been granted bail by this court subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs:20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of trail/this court. The deponent namely Rahib s/o Manik Chachar, by caste Chachar, r/o village Qadirpur, Taluka Ghotki, has filed his affidavit for standing surety of above named accused, which has been accepted.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody forthwith after causing his P.R bond and send the same to this court for office record, if they are no more required in other case/crime.
