Muhammad Younis s/o Shamshad Ali Soomro, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 337-H2, 114, PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicants/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac ), and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
