Whereas this Court has granted bail to applicant/accused Tanveer Abbas s/o Zameer Hussain Kolachi, in Crl. Bail application No. 1015/2026, Re. Tanver Abbas Kolachi Versus the state Offence U/S. 324, 34 PPC, in Police Crime No. 53/2026 of Ali Goharabad P.S, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of the applicant/ accused which is accepted.
