Whereas, the above named accused has been remanded to your Jail by the court of Civil Judge and J.M Pir-Jo-Goth, thereafter case has been received to this court by way of transfer through Honourable District and Sessions Court Khairpur the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Abdul Rauf Abro Advocate for applicant /accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs 20,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said applicant/accused named above have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are, therefore hereby required to release forthwith the above named applicant/accused in this crime from your Jail and after getting his P.R bond in the sum of. Rs. 20,000/- to be executed from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this Court.
