Whereas UTP/accused namely Dildar Ali s/o Muhammad Baksh Khokhar, were facing trial before this Court in Session Case NO.230/2023 re- State Versus Dildar & another, Offence under section 302, 34 PPC, Crime No.64/2022 of P.S Hyderi. The Case was kept in abeyance by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2026, and accused remanded back to custody for want of surety Rs.200,000/- Today solvent surety furnished on behalf of above named accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other Custody case/crime. And accused should be bound down to appear before this Court as when required.
