And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Mr. Ali Din Shar Advocate for the said applicant/ accused and AGP/SPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(fifty thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas the required surety Muhammad Akram S/O Muhammad Yousif has been furnished required surety for accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and original Original Defence Saving Certificate Rs.50,000/-, which has been accepted.
You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-to be executed for his appearance before Ld. Civil Judge & JM, Faiz Ganj on- -07-2026 at 08:30 a.m. and send the same P.R bond to this court within three days.
