WHEREAS, the accused named below have been convicted u/s 243 Cr.P.C vide order dated 14.07.2026 in the below mentioned Case/Crime and they are sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for 02 Months and 06 days. The benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C is also extended to the accused. The accused have already undergone imprisonment for the duration equivalent to the sentence awarded.
