Whereas the applicant of accused Manthar Ali s/o Rojho by caste Hoti Abro, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 24, SINDH ARMS ACT, 2013 and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicants/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand), and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand), for appearance before concerned court.
