SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED/UTP NAMELY, ATTA MUHAMMAD ALIAS ATTO S/O RASOOL BUX BY CASTE KHASKHELI,
                   IN CRL.B.A NO.985/2026 ATTA MUHAMMAD @ ATTO VERSUS THE STATE, INVOLVED IN CRIME NO.73/2026 U/S 395, 336-PPC                       ( SECTION AS PER CHALLAN) 395,427,435-PPC, OF PS SANGHAR.

                 Whereas, counsel for above named applicant/accused has been filed criminal bail application u/s 497 Cr.P.C before this Court in the above mentioned case/crime and after hearing the arguments bail has been granted to above named applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) and P.R bond in the like amount for satisfaction of this Court. The required surety has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.

             You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused person in the above mentioned case/crime, if, he is not required in any other case. The P.R bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith and same be required to this Court after obtaining signature/LTI of applicant/accused. The accused person is directed to appear before trial Court on the date of hearing.
