Whereas a bail application has been filed by the counsel on behalf of accused/applicants named above, before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments have granted bail to the above named applicants/accused, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 30000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused; the same is accepted by this Court.
You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the above named accused/applicants forth-with if they are not required in any other case/crime by any other Court. The P.R bond of the accused is returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The accused/applicants are directed to appear before this court on 06.08.2026 to face his trial.
