Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Muhammad Umar son of Rashid Ahmed by caste Chandio vide order dated 18-07-2026 in Crl. Bail Application No.964/2026 titled Muhammad Umar Chandio vs. The State for the offence under section 324, 504, 34 PPC, arising out of Crime No.55/2026 of P.P Lalu Raunk PS Waggan, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the entire satisfaction of this Court.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith if he is no more required in another custody case/crime, after taking his PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicant/accused bound down to appear before this trial Court positively.
