Whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicants/accused named below and learned ADPP for the state, this court, passed an order that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25, 000/- Each (Rupees Twenty five each) and P.R bond in the like amount, vide order dated 18.07.2026, passed in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas, today 21.07.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, One Zahid Hussain son of Muhammad Sadiq by caste chandio, residnt of House No.C-490 Muhalla Gadi Hata, Sukkur stood surety for both accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release both the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct both the accused persons to appear before this court before trial court within three days and obtain such P.R bond and be sent to this court for office record
