Whereas, accused above named have been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 20.07.2026 passed in B.A No S-325 of 2026, whereby the applicants/accused above named have been admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-each (Rupees Fifty Thousands each) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, the applicants/accused have furnished required Surety which has been accepted by this court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case crime forthwith, if, they are not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicants/accused are enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signature/L.T.I of applicants/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicants/accused be directed to appear before the concerned trail Court on the next date of hearing at 8:30 A.M without fail.
