Whereas, applicant/accused namely, (01) Farman Ali and (02) Ameer Hamza both sons of Jan Muhammad both by caste Ghoto, who is/are already confined in your jail custody in the above crime and this court has been granted bail to applicant/accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each (Rupees fifty thousand) each and P.R bond to the satisfaction of this court. The required furnished furnished by the applicant/accused which has been accepted and One deponent namely Mithal Khan son of Moula Bux by caste Ghoto r/o Near Rais Achar Taluka and District Ghotki, has stood surety for applicant/accused named above in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each ( Rupees fifty thousand) each & P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named accused from your jail custody, forthwith, if he is no more required in some other custody case/crime, after taking his P.R bond in the like amount with directions to appear before trial court without fail.
