SUBJECT:            RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. 83/2026 REG. HIDAYATULLAH AND OTHERS U/S:  302, 114, 148, 149, 337-HII, PPC CRIME NO. 13/2020 OF PS KOT SHAHOO 

                        Whereas the applicant of accused 1. Hidayatullah s/o Hamzo @ Ameer Hamza 2. Younis s/o Baboo @ Fazal Muhammad both by caste Bijrani, who is remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 302, 114, 148, 149, 337-HII, PPC  and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of advocate for the applicants/accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac) each, and P.R bond in the like amount. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to release the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if he is no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the sum of of Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lac) each, for appearance before concerned court.
