SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED GHULAM SHABIR S/O QADIR BUX BY CASTE CHANDIO, IN CR. B. A NO. 1051/2026, GHULAM SHABIR VERSUS THE STATE, INVOLVED IN CRIME NO: 78/2026, U/S: 324, 353, 34 PPC OF POLICE STATION PERUMAL.

                   Whereas, the bail has been granted to the above named applicant/accused by this court, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount, in the above mentioned crime/case, subject to furnishing the required surety.

                 The required surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- has been furnished by the above named applicant/accused to the satisfaction of this Court, which is accepted accordingly.

                   You are, therefore hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused at once (if he is not required in any other custody case by any court). After causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- he may be directed to attend the trial court, without fail.
