B.A No: 270/2024 dated 22-04-2024 passed by the Honorable Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jacobabad vide honor's good Office letter No. 185 of 2024 dated: 22-04-2024, wherein, below named applicant/accused has been granted bail subject to furnishing of solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 300,000/- (Three Lacs) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court.
