Whereas, learned advocate for applicants/accused presons mentioned above, has filed bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C for grant of bail of above named applicants/accused persons. After hearing the arguments the bail is granted to the applicants/accused named above, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused before this court, which has been accepted.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signatures/ LTI of accused on it. Accused be directed to appear before trial Court without fail for facing their trial.
