Whereas, on hearing the bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C, filed by learned counsel for applicant/accused named below and learned ADPP for the state, this court, passed an order that the accused named below be released on bail, on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount, vide order dated 11.08.2026, passed in below mentioned case/crime.
And whereas, today 11.08.2026, the required surety has been furnished by the applicant/accused, Sadam Hussain s/o Ghulam Akber , resident of Taluka Salehpat District Sukkur stood surety for accused, which has been accepted by this court.
You are therefore, directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime and direct the accused to appear before this court before trial court within three days and obtain such P.R bond and be sent to this court for office record
