Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of applicants/accused person and upon hearing counsel for the applicants/accused and ADPP for the state, this court have been granted bail of the accused in the sum of Rs 50,000/- each (in words ffifty thousand each) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety today which has been accepted.
