SUBJECT: RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED KHAN MUHAMMAD @ PARHO S/O MOLA BUX, BY CASTE CHAKRANI IN CRIMINAL BAIL APPLICATION NO. S-375 OF 2026 KHAN MUHAMMAD @ PARHO VERSUS THE STATE U/S 324, 337-F(VI), 458, 34, PPC IN CRIME NO:28/2026 OF POLICE STATION SINJHORO.
Whereas, accused above named has been granted post arrest bail by the Honourable High court of Sindh Circuit Court Mirpurkhas, vide order dated 11.08.2026 passed in B.A No S-375 of 2026, whereby the applicant/accused above named has been admitted to bail subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousands) and P.R. Bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court, the applicant/accused has furnished required Surety which has been accepted by this court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case crime forthwith, if, he is not required in any other custody case by any Court of law. The P.R. bond of the applicant/accused is enclosed herewith, same be returned after obtaining the signature/L.T.I of applicant/accused thereon to this Court for record. The applicant/accused be directed to appear before the concerned trail Court on the next date of hearing at 8:30 A.M without fail.
