SUBJECT:         RELEASE INTIMATION OF ACCUSED IN CR. REV. APPLICATION NO. S-14/2026 REG. NIAZ AHMED SHAIKH U/S 489-F PPC CRIME NO. 17/2025 OF P.S STUART GANJ.

                        Whereas, the Court of learned 1st Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Shikarpur convicted and sentenced accused Niaz Ahmed s/o Wahid Bux Shaikh, under section 489-F PPC for TAZIR FOR THREE YEARS, WITH A FINE OF RS. 45,000. Pursuant to section 544-A Cr.P.C and the judgment reported as 1995 SCMR 1776, the accused/convict shall pay compensation of Rs. 50,000, to the complainant, failing which the convict shall undergo further simple imprisonment of six months, vide Judgment dated. 08.12.2025. The accused Niaz Ahmed s/o Wahid Bux Shaikh, preferred appeal before Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana. The Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Larkana has been pleased to order that “The Criminal Revision Application is allowed. Consequently, application U/S 345(6) Cr.P.C is allowed and the applicant is acquitted of the charge. He shall be released forthwith, if his custody is not required in any other criminal case.” Vide judgment dated. 17.08.2026 passed in Criminal Revision Application No. S-14 of 2026.

                        You Are, therefore, directed/authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime.
