Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused Zubair S/o Hafeezullah Soomro upon hearing Mr: Tahir Nisar Siddique advocate counsel for the applicant/accused and District Publice Prosecutor on behalf of the State, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused in sum of Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) & P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.

Your are therefore, directed and authorized to release the above named accused from your custody forthwith, he is not required by you in any other case, after causing his P.R bond duly executed in the sum of Rs: Rs: 30,000/- (Thirty Thousand Rupees) for appearing before trial.
